1. Custom Song Orders
Each SwoonSong is written and produced based on the information you provide in your submission form. We do our best to create a song that reflects your story accurately and beautifully.
2. Delivery Timeline
Typically in as little as 10 minutes after you approve your lyrics.
Depending on order volume. Please email us if you have not received your song in under 1 hour.
3. Usage Rights
When you purchase a SwoonSong:
You receive a non-exclusive license for personal use.
You may share your song on social media, use it at events, or send it as a gift.
You may not sell, remix, or distribute the song for commercial use without written permission.
If you opt to have your song distributed on Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube Music, you grant SwoonSong the right to upload and manage the song on your behalf through our music distribution partners.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Each SwoonSong order includes a preview version of your custom song.
If you're not completely satisfied with your preview, you may request a refund — we’ll return your full payment.
Because every song is custom-created, all sales are final once the preview has been approved and the full song has been delivered.
5. Ownership & Credits
All songs are written and produced by SwoonSong’s team using a blend of human creativity and technology. SwoonSong retains full ownership and copyright of the composition and recording, unless a separate agreement is made in writing.
6. Communication
By submitting your order, you agree to receive emails related to your song, including order confirmations, review links, and delivery notifications.
7. Limitation of Liability
SwoonSong is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, technical issues, or incorrect information submitted by the customer.
8. Changes to Terms
SwoonSong reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

About the Founder Swoonsong was founded by Eric Heil, a product designer and entrepreneur based in Charlotte, North Carolina. With a deep background in building thoughtful digital experiences, Eric set out to create something that blended technology with real human emotion. After seeing how impersonal most AI-generated content felt, he built Swoonsong to do the opposite—turn real stories, memories, and relationships into music that actually feels personal. Every part of the experience, from the song creation process to the final delivery, reflects his belief that great products should feel simple, intentional, and genuinely meaningful.
