Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 17, 2025

We want you to feel completely confident in ordering your SwoonSong. That’s why every song includes a preview guarantee:

If you’re not completely in love with your preview, we’ll refund your full payment—minus a $39 preview fee.

This allows you to experience your custom song with peace of mind, knowing you’re only committing fully if it feels perfect.

⏱ Partial Refunds for Missed Delivery Deadlines (Our Fault Only)

If we miss your promised delivery window — and the delay was caused by something within our control — we will offer a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill:

  • Standard 7-Day Orders: If we exceed 8 days without delivering your review link and the delay is our responsibility, we’ll issue a $50 refund.

  • 4-Day Rush Orders: If we miss your deadline, we’ll refund the $25 rush fee.

  • 24-Hour Rush Orders: If we miss this deadline, we’ll refund the $50 rush fee.

Please note:
Delays caused by missing information from the customer, spam filters, or other outside circumstances are not eligible for partial refunds.

💬 Revisions Are Free (Within Reason)

We offer free revisions for:

  • Mispronunciations

  • Factual corrections

  • Reasonable lyric tweaks

However, we do not offer refunds or rewrites for subjective creative preferences after production is complete.
